Advising Appointments

Please help us serve you better by completing any necessary paperwork before the appointment and bringing it along with your original immigration documents to the meeting.

  • Mornings Only
  • 9:00-11:30am Tuesday-Friday
  • Please call (785) 864-3617 to schedule an appointment.
  • Appointments will not be available on Monday mornings.
Walk-Ins
  • Afternoons Only
  • 1:30-4:00pm Monday-Friday*
  • In the afternoons, there is no need to make an appointment.
  • All students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • *Staff is very limited on Friday afternoons so be prepared for longer waits!
